I wanted to take the time to write you a letter letting you know the gratitude I have for the way you handled the sale of my home in Marina. I chose you as I knew that your marketing resources were immense. I also chose you for your energy and your positive outlook on everything!
It took me several months to get the house ready as it was in disrepair from years of neglect. You were kind enough to bring in an Artist/Designer that gave me incredible knowledge to fix up an outdated kitchen and make it desirable to potential buyers. This was a tremendous help.
We were able to put the house on the market the middle of April and had continuous Open House events every weekend. This was problematic as the house was owner occupied but we all got through it.
By mid May we had two offers on the house. I then found out that I was very ill with a very dangerous disease and had to fly out of state for treatment. Sharmaine, you really showed me the love by bringing your family over to help get the house in order for the Buyers! I will forever be indebted to you!
